You might find it helps reading the Baker Young report. They have just used the price GEM achieved in their last auction to do the modelling - no input from MUS management on the likely price.
Of course as has been discussed 1000s of time already here you can’t use GEM’s raw results to estimate MUS likely result. You are going to have to do your own research.
