    KBL what a joke... SPP only option i have is to susbcribe for $15000 worth of shares. I have under 1000

    so another way to screw small holders, its 15k or nada. No scaling option. Maybe a way of ensuring we dont take it up.

    anyway probably pick it up cheaper on market in the next few days....
