one thing that made total sense to me was the further exploration in the northern and breccia zones that could potentially add terrific value to PEK's portfolio
industry type valuations? - meh!! - they can never take in the sentiment of the market, but i didn't mind the conservative approach
don't forget that PEK was valued at, on market, just under $10 in todays money from around a decade ago on great drilling results - BFS's have confirmed that speculation
it's also pretty clear we need NdPr to take a hike up the mountain
accumulation is ongoing - i'm guessing they're not just looking for a two bagger
this thing could be any old price, depending on market makers
