This is the only scenario being considered by Peak, Shenghe and the Tanz Govt
The base-case scenario mentioned here whereby Peak retains 85% and undertakes a A$286m equity raise is simply not a scenario being considered by any party and is entirely incompatible with the clearly stated intentions laid out by all parties. I'm not sure why they even bothered to suggest it here.
The stated intentions involving the Binding Offtake and the MOU all point to and support the $2.65c value target
