A lot of focus on rare earths globally. There is a lot of strategic positioning occurring with this resource which involves big bucks (see Aus Government billion dollar to Iluka). Personally I'm not worried about the short term price, more so on why the world governments are battling for access to it (considering its importance to military tech).
