new resources tax

Can anyone out there in UCG land describe how the new resources rent tax will affect the UCG companies?

Will UCG'ers be thrown in with the petroleum industry or will they be slugged alongside the coal miners?

I also noted that Gillard has allowed those whose revenue is less than 50mil to be exempt from the tax (or is that 50M
mil profit)
