Omg. One thing that is really bugging me about this company is the lack of online and social media marketing expertise. I can't believe they don't have an official fb page even though the fb logo is on their products and website. Online social media marketing should be front and centre of their marketing strategy for products like this. Even the website is rubbish. Sorry rant over.
