No, but in the end the thing that matters is Valero and Walmart numbers
A FB page isn't exactly going to direct traffic to the stores, shoppers will by them on the spur of the moment
I think you'll find if both are successful, then the marketing budget will be ramped up as "proof of concept" - i.e they sell
I think they are playing it smart/safe and not blowing the budget before they get early indications
