Yep Target are rather loose considering how big they are and who owns them.
Re the Marketing - i cant get my head around it... I would be more worried about them blowing the chance they have at the moment, then spending a reasonable amount of $$$ on some/any form of marketing...
They spent a Bomb on that game - a long while ago and for exactly what . Is there any tie-in what so ever when someone buys a Yowie that directs them to the game? If so it not been mentioned " maybe i missed that video". Dont get me wrong about the game i like the idea - but it was too much and obviously too soon.
The Site is at best Lame and the rest well you no my point of view...
Like you i am very frustrated with the current performance of the SP - i dont think it has anything to do with lack of marketing. At least it seems to have found a support level as it was getting pretty scary last week.
Lets hope we soon here some news with regards to the 2nd Tier 1 player.
