Perhaps you don't understand that there are many algos with different functions - VWAP, TWAP, stealth, liquidity seekers. You seriously think a VWAP or a TWAP never crosses a spread?
Seriously YOW has been trading in the 48-50c range for the last week and the moment a small algo trade momentarily hits a low you start squealing about manipulation again.
