It won't happen overnight, but it will happen. Perhaps a steady rise (with some fluctuation of course)for the balance of 2006. Then the real action in 2007-2012 as we see world events unfold: The middle east problem and North Korea aren't going away; the weakening US economy/ US $ will undergo severe depreciation; "oil peak" will actually become evident to the non believers with associated massive price rises; miscellaneous unfolding world terrorist activity; while Chindia's burgeoning economies continue strong internal growth although at probable lower annual levels.
