Imo Ghana's listing is likely to have little to no positive effect on A11 sp, happy to be wrong but i see it as a step that was a requirement to gain MIIF investment.
The MRE upgrade is slated for Q3/4 is it not?
Going by previous statements from Neil & Amanda we should be hearing something soon on the 'Offtake front' if the can keep to stated timelines
And as for the ratification who knows, they talk it up but as with all Governments things can get bogged down in red tape
