IMO, this sort of tax is not going to stop Li projects. The reality is that EV revolution is happening and Li supply will be the key for it. Everyone is trying to take a peice of this cake, ehy not.... Battery material, including Li is hot, the those countries and goverment is asking for more.... this extra will be paid by final consumer zny how..... i mean, this sort of tax will be translated into final product.... nothing to be worry about....
