    Currently super profit is only applicable to Cobalt, not lithium & Tin.
    At end of the day, new tax will be reasonable as DRC do need extra taxes to improve their country.

    AVZ’s largest holder(10.5%, 16.5% after option conversion), HuaYou Cobalt is directly affected by DRC new mineral codes, but their share price has been up since DRC passed new code.
