Even for Cobalt which is now attracting higher tax & associated cost, miners over there is sitting heading higher. Huayou Cobalt is a good example !

We have discussed the market in China doesn't care too much about this impact as all miners are over there making super profit at the moment, yet, still maintaining good relationship with ppl & government. The involvement of those giant Chinese companies indeed reduce lots of risk already, but financially & un-financially IMO.
