Starting tomorrow 29th July 2024, The Star casino Sydney will implement new rules for Baccarat tables.
Only carded players will be allowed, with a maximum of 8 players per table. Bets can only be placed inside the seated box.
The maximum cash exchange at the table will be $1,000 daily, or players can use a cashless link to their member cards, possibly through bank transfer to the Star card (not sure how)
I was there over the weekend and got this information firsthand. These changes will significantly limit the amount bet per table and per hand, which may not be favorable for both the casino and the players.
