Are people honestly so caught up on the date? If the rest of the results came Monday it will have been one day overdue (noting as pointed out above we have already received part update), there are plenty of legit reasons to delay results, and that doesn't mean they are "bad news" - all these complaints demonstrate a level of immaturity re knowledge of business operations - you are not the center of the universe, the company is actually running a project, not just running a social media camapaign to appease impatient shareholders - get a grip.
Save complaints for when things are actually "actually" overdue to the point of concern and no explanation or update has been offered, until then people are just bored and anxiously waiting and feel the compulsive need to discuss 'something'.
