Commercialisation Announcement Activities:

advancing its commercialisation strategy, continuing to improve and refine the performance and usability of Wavefront’s unique multi biometric system, and on developing new intellectual property to enhance the system’s competitive advantages.

The executive management of Wavefront Biometric Technologies Pty Ltd (Wavefront) has just completed a second successful roadshow to North America. The objectives of this trip were to (i) advance discussions with existing potential commercial partners and introduce the technology to new parties in the banking/finance and military/defence sectors; and (ii) engage with US financial intermediaries and potential US investors. Commercial and investment interest in Wavefront and its technology continues to be positive and as a result further visits to North America are now planned to occur regularly as Wavefront advances its commercialisation strategy.

- Wentworth Group Capital Partners and Intrasia Capital advised Wavefront on the HOA and have been mandated to manage a capital raising of a minimum of $5 million in order to fund the planned increased commercialisation activities.

- “The acquisition will consolidate the ownership of Wavefront’s unique biometric technology and ensure the Company is fully focussed on the successful commercialisation of the technology. “
