Seriously? Earle seems great. Gotta give the bloke longer than a few weeks to prove himself. Everything i've seen from him so far is well spoken and no bs. He says it how it is, and doesnt make empty promises.

Personally i think they're headed in the right direction with their staffing and development pipeline. Sales needs work but convincing generations of carbon dependant populations to make the switch to carbon neutral building materials isn't going to be an easy process. In saying this, I'd be very surprised if this quarter didn't see any traction in sales given the team we have in place now. Hopefully this opens the flood gates as people become more comfortable not being first movers.
