I agree that both J/Vs appear to be similar. There should be plenty of market share.
I do recall, in a webinar I think, that NS explained that the Findi CBI j/v was not exclusive and that Findi was able to talk with other financial institutions.
So I guess it is reasonable that CBI are not restricted in other ventures. Hopefully, we get sone feedback on the initial Findi/CBI pilot soon.
