Unbelievable. Yet another step backwards - I can't believe how these so-called software people don't talk to or test with a sample of users before launching new software. I recall concerns CBA had about losing market share in the business sector - don't they understand things like this are the reason why.
An example: Now on ETOs, it appears you have nothing on a watchlist to tell you month of expiry, strike price, and whether it is a put or a call?
Haven't been through the new site properly yet becasue it hung when it kept trying to open new windows - but already I get the impression the designer has no empathy with users.
