packer's partly paid shares (73,724,328) are already accounted for in share capital, although as yet not paid up.....for the 5 million he will get a controlling interest (51%) in the ruby project, but no shares in consideration.
If he gets fully involved, the company stands to get about $6.5 million in cold, hard cash......you bewdy!!
