New SEC filing in the US, page-6

So from what I understand after reading that Form 4 is he still in fact has a beneficial ownership over 10.7 million shares.
He settled the default and the loan company didn't take ownership.
Seems like positive news to me.
I think perhaps Amgen have picked up an issue with this mistaken filing back in September 2015.
If that's true then it shows me just how dilligent they are being with the details of UNIS.
I feel they are going to be a great partner/owner.
