    I was about to say something very similar.

    I was expecting all the shareholders who wanted less dilution and wanted to hold off raising until after results/efficacy to be jumping with joy on this news.

    Looks like it balances the interests of existing shareholders with less dilution, and reduces risk/increases reward for new investors with warrants while getting exposure on the NASDAQ. Seems good to me.
