I think it's more than likely $13.55 will not be the price.
Price can go up to $15.58 before the SEC registration fee needs to be adjusted.
Ultimately, it'll depend on what investors are willing to pay, but I'm thinking the warrants will come at a premium similar to the deal with RA Capital in early 2014.
