It might make sense to make the old app live again, then it'll leave some time for a more gradual transition to the new one. Take feedback and improve the new one weekly, and track the usage-share of the new app as a success metric.
Right now, some people are complaining of unable to login etc. You'd have thought that would have been found out in the beta tests, but apparently not. So those people are in a tough place with the old app disabled. Just if both apps were enabled, it would be a bit harder to iron out those harder to find bugs.
4. Live pricing is a matter of cost - costs $20 per user per month to provide, for quite active users.
Tables - having to scroll horizontally is annoying (and confusing). I'm guessing other brokers have solved that, so SWF, take a look at how.
