Even in Large tertiary hospitals there will be Ambulance Ramping. Now if GPs and the paramedics had low cost "Labless" Sepsis test capability then a patient has a greater chance of getting timley treatment escalation.

While we're on the Sepsis discussion - Generally Periods are not often discussed. Unfortunately too many young women don't realise its a silent risk from tampon use, as early onset symptoms can be very similar to having a bad period. As a youngest I lost a good friend to sepsis very soon after she felt ill, but the ER dismissed her symptoms and sent her home.
