Pika is right, the cap raise isn't in jeopardy, the money is already in.
To me the question is whether the directors should get to participate at the disgraceful 4.5c CR price, there's certainly a conflict of interest there which is why we're asked to vote on it, given there's a very nice paper profit in percentage terms as it currently stands, even though they're not really putting in a lot of their own money.
