    ......And I'm quite confident, a chunk of the other half of CR participants have already sold hoping these free options will come into play. They get to take a profit and maintain their status quo for free thanks to this pathetic CR which only benefited 1 party. The CR participants, not the 65% majority holding retail SH'ers......

    Assume "a chunk of the other half of CR participants" = 50%. That is 26m. Imagine what the share price will be after we voted down the Options and these pathetic CR participants have to buy back 26m shares on market when MC or finance deal is announced? I bet it will be fun to watch! tongue.png

    It's even better if it is TO because this means they will miss out completely! Nice? wink.png
