As i've stated before, there is no reason why shareholders should approve the options unless they participated in the CR. In the scenario CAY need further money they can approach existing holders like they should have the last 2 times. In the unlikely event the share price remains less than 7c for the next 2yrs (as the mc should be here this quarter) they wont be exercised anyway. Why give the CR guys that level of security when we as shareholders don't receive the same treatment?
