If im a company looking at doing business with cay, a to or similar, how much of a cut to my valuation or offer would be caused by knowing cay has a renegade shareholder base that may make things hard, maybe i would lose interest totally
with the share price potential i spelt out before the loss in value caused by scaring a bidder is far more dilutive than an extra few shares on issue
