    Hi Malay,

    Well done on the rights issue. Yesterday’s spike down certainly gave me a "lucky" opportunity.

    My analysis is simple on this one - ie one would conservatively assume a nice recovery in retail spending by Xmas next year!

    Looking forward to seeing where the SP sits in 18 mths.
