That line in the AGM is their as an open clause and is very common amoung junior mining stocks.. it exists to ensure a swift facility to money when required, though limited so that the board must consult with shareholders if they were to require additional funding.

Peter has ultilised this clause a couple of times.. it saves us time and money when we need a little coin to keep going.

Beacon resources has this, also First Graphene -- so its obviously very common and a sensible idea.

Only reason to dilute us here now at .9 would be to get project funding .. any way we do this it will involve dilution but the increase in value should dwarve any negatives for shareholders.. this is what i think we are all eagerly awaiting.
