    Management is continually issuing shares to broker clients at a large discount. Just received an Agenda to endorse most recent issues at 20cents and 29cents.

    Last year it was a major issue to B & B.

    There appears to be at least 3 issues each year.

    WHEN WILL MANAGEMENT STOP ISSUING SHARES AT A DISCOUNT TO ITS FRIENDS?
