    The proposed share option issue amounts to about 9% of existing shares at no consideration with a exercise price at 7c!

    This is a joke.

    Sareholders should oppose this plan, or have the terms modifed to have a higher exercise price. Otherwise, effectively we are just handing over cash to them for nothing.
