    Announcement today on ASX that EMM will issue 25 million shares at a price of 5c (over the next two months) to raise capital to fund international sales and marketing and hire a new CEO.

    What's the board opinion on this? Will the dilution of EMM's market capital be negatively affected by this, or is it a sign of strength?
