    In this day and age businesses know exactly when sales are affected. Their sales force will be feeding back to them about this 'new player' and they will have already done some investigation.


    I agree with those that say a TO contender will be waiting for certain events to occur, but when they occur they will pounce. I also suspect when one pounces so will others.
