My point is that there are several large chemical companies out there that will be looking at the their own products and realising that AJX will destroy that market for them, they have two choices, ignore them or grab them and use their products......Simples.

Personally I think this is a little melodramatic. If there were to be any destroying of markets, I don't see it becoming apparent for years to come. There are billions and billions of dollars worth of product out there and I just don't think, as good as AJX technology is, that it can destroy markets that would force a chemical company or two to hastily commence a takeover attempt of the company. What will get their interest is an AJX that has shown it can pull in large amounts of revenue and make consistent profits. That's when the takeover potential becomes more likely.

I wouldn't want an early takeover attempt anyway, I would like to see my investment reach its true potential.
