    Again, what you see is not necessarily as it is!!!!!! SiYi is a Chinese owned Govt entity. I would respectfully suggest that offshore structures are in place to protect the interests of the proprietors of SiYi. DYOR there. I will say no more about the matter, I have said enough already!
