Don't think there is many holders left, the PDF tax arrangements work in the positive and negative ie losses are not tax deductible. Don't understand why ACR still holds this structure as PDF is designed for startups.
From what I gather any holders that are left have allocated shares to the bottom draw hoping in years to come, company has been fueled with testosterone for too long and have become complacent on growth opportunities. The patch is a great drug delivery system not just for testosterone.
