I think this business should trade on 12-14x earnings no more. Therefore on recent result of $0.11/share this means on last years numbers $1.32/share to $1.54/share. I am expecting a decent amount of growth in the next 12 months i.e. 15% so working on $0.125 on 12-14x earnings puts price roughly at $1.50 to $1.75/share.

Appreciating management are also conservative. $1.41/share looks too cheap to me.

Agree with the valuation, this is a real growth industry with ageing population and ATL's presence in several markets where boomers are retiring - afr highlighted this recently as well.

I thought the afr article would have brought more buyers but its gone backwards...should fly on a positive announcement though
