FY22 negative 4.9%
FY23 negative 7.2%
6 months to December 2023 +3.2%
I'm not sure this is "A whole lot better than term deposit bank interest".
You might want to change banks.
I know you probably work in the WAM Comms team and you're being told to continualy post here about dividend yield but hopefully most investors can see past that to the true metrics.
