PH -- I think anyone who bought in prior to August '20 would be happy with their position. those who bought in between 8/20 and 9/22 would be down on their entry price. Anyone buying in this year will be receiving a return of 7%+ FF, with dividend backing for a few more years to come. With a decent portfolio of stocks. I bought WMI for microcaps when Westoz was taken over. Riv
