You should re-read my post above. You're only factoring in the dividend return and not considering the drop in share price you have also continually suffered over the last few years. TSR factors in both. The TSR is well below what you could get in any bank deposit account.
Then again, I suppose your boss down at WAM tells you to just come on here and keep pushing the dividend yield and nothing else.
