Incidentally, I am not employed by Wilson Asset Management, but Geoff Wilson has known me for 17 years after I first bought into WAM Capital in May 2007.
I find Geoff to be a very honest company director who looks after his company's shareholders, particularly with WAM'S equal access buyback in November 2008, that allowed shareholders to receive what would have been an expected dividend but the law at the time prevented WAM from paying a dividend (Geoff has since had the law changed). WAM bought back shares at a price well above the market price equal to the amount of the expected dividend.
