    They issued 146,875,000 new shares few days ago. personally i don't see SP going beyond 3.5 unless they stop issuing new shares. B'cos there is enough supply of shares available out there compare to demand. Had they not issued new shares current SP would be sitting close to 4C.

    I don't understand who decides and on what basis they take decision to issue new shares? and wonder how many new stocks they are allowed to issue?
