    I hate to say it but that isn't the first complaint we have had about the 'snail mail'.

    You would have thought in this day and age all this could be done electronically. Send me your private contact details via [email protected] to contact you directly regarding this issue.

    I fielded a number of calls from shareholders regarding this exact issue for most of last week.
