Maybe, except that it was approved by shareholders on the 6th February, so it is not as if anyone didn't know. And it is only 25 million, as compared with the 315,868,004 currently on issue, for 5 cents (plus freebie options that cut in at 20c), so it is not too much dilution.

Assuming a current SP of .068...
(315,868,004 * .068) + (25,000,000 * .05)) / 340,868,004 = .066
so a drop in a bucket; but do the sums yourselves.

What is annoying is that there is nothing for us, but all for the usual private clients.
