I guess some people get it in advance. My wife got it but I haven't and we are both using COMSEC. Must be computershare processing in batches. I still have a buy on AVX as I see that there is a better chance now of getting a good deal unless the phase III trial is really not what is expected. It does seem management is expecting some bad news otherwise why would they issue a lot of shares when you could get a good phase 3 result then do another raising at say 25cents (to cite an example).
