yeh understood - just thought with the australian sales exceeding management's expectations may have justified a reconfiguration of the model/strategy - I'm not saying it would work just that it may give the company that local manufacturing presence which they have in the us but not in australia - would potentially avoid this situation of drip feeding over containers from the us to aus.

I thought if it was something Yow was going to do would involve some significant cap raising or debt. just thought someone may have had some professional experience or experience with other consumer companies which have engaged in similar transactions and how that was achieved.
